House Washing  

Power Play uses environmentally safe and biodegradable detergents on your house.  The strong detergents help remove all dirt and mildew safely with lower pressure.  The detergent is completely safe on bushes, plants, and any other landscaping.  Hot water cleans siding best, our residential rig is equipped with a commercial grade power washer that heats the water.

Regardless if the house is stone, brick, or vinyl, the surface is pre-wet.  Our detergent is then applied and allowed some dwell time.

Problem areas like Gutters are brushed if necessary.

A pressure rinse removes all dirt and mildew.  An extension wand is used on two story houses.

Plex-Master Sealer is available for application after the house is cleaned.  It slows mildew growth and dirt can be removed with regular garden hose pressure.

 Cleaning cedar houses and log cabins is also offered.  Please see the Deck Restoration section of the site, as preperation and processes for the cedar and logs are identical to that of a deck.
