Roof Cleaning

Roof Cleaning is the process of removing mildew causing black streaks and patches on the shingles.

After contacting shingle manufacturers about processes and warranties a technique that produces great results without harming shingles was devised.

Low Pressure Roof Cleaning, the pressure used when cleaning shingles is very low, it is more of a high volume rinse then actually pressure washing.  Strong detergents are applied and alowwed up to 40 minutes of dwell time depending on severity.  The detergent breaks down fungus in the shingles.  Then it is rinsed away with low pressure.
